Important Notes:

1) AOL Users - We recommend that you downsize your AOL browser, and download the video files with Windows Explorer web browser.

2) Since the file size can be very large (up to 700 MB), we recommend that you do not attempt to download these files using a dial-up connection.

3) Also, it is recommended that you view the videos by right clicking on the video link and selecting 'Save Target As' to save the file to your hard drive, then view with your Windows Media Player instead of viewing with your web browser.

4) In order for you to receive your User Name and Password via email, it is important that your email address is valid, that it is working correctly, that your mailbox is not full, and that you have carefully entered your email address correctly in the shopping cart during purchase. Some spam blockers will block our login email to the buyer. If you use AOL for your email, and you don't receive an email, please check your spam folder. Sometimes our emails get flagged as spam. It would also be best if you put CCBill on a white list to ensure that you receive emails that are sent to you.
